If you haven't checked out my new website yet, do it. DevonSchreiner.com.
I am finally back from tour with the Chamber Singers, what a blast that was. Now I get to work. So the Chamber Singers, after tour, get the weekend off before starting classes again. I got to work all weekend.... yay. But that is OK I guess, I am not opposed to making more money.
Also if you care, I just put up a new website for the local music shop here in Mitchell, Paulson's Music Center. If you want to check the website out, you can do that at PaulsonsMusic.com. It is still not very far along but you can get the general idea of what it is going to look like. All feedback is appreciated on things like that too.
I was thinking about bringing back Our Perspective, the radio podcast Kevin and I started a while ago and then let drop. But then I figured I can't even keep stuff like this up-to-date very well, how would I keep a podcast up-to-date? So maybe we will look into that issue again this summer or something. But chances are I will be just as busy this summer, but who knows.

On Tour
3/9/09
Well as some of you may or may not know I guess, I am a member of the Chamber Singers at the University of South Dakota. We have been on tour now for a couple of days, since the 6th. We have already done concerts in Mitchell, Rapid City and Bell Fourche and we are on our way to Pierre right now to do another. If you haven't gotten a chance to see the concert and would like to see it, shoot me an email and I will reply as soon as I can get to it and let you know where and when the other concerts are.
I am currently on the bus right now, riding with my fellow Chamber Singers and watching a movie. The majority of the bus picked Wall-e.... How does this happen on a bus full of college students? And how was Finding Nemo picked yesterday for the bus ride? I don't get it. Is Disney still that appealing to adults that a bus full of college students chooses to watch them over anything else? I guess I'll just preoccupy myself with my computer here.
Speaking of which, I finally got a new laptop. I got rid of my randomly restarting, unbootable Macbook Pro and picked up a nice, new Macbook Air. Yes, you read that right, a Macbook Air. I never thought I would say that, but I guess here I am. Just so everyone knows, I'm not filthy rich, I sold my old Macbook Pro and got a heck of a deal on this thing and only ended up paying around $200 for this thing. Wouldn't you take a Macbook Air for $200? Ya, that's what I thought. I'll probably do some sort of review on it here in the near future, probably after tour sometime.
But I suppose, I'm going to get back to Wall-e, either that or read my book.....
